Guests will have the whole property to themselves, with self-check-in we provide you with your unique access code a day before arrival. As well as more helpful information to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Merri has undercover off-street parking space for one vehicle, there is also plenty of free street parking available.

Merri has two large bedrooms, the main room features a freestanding bath, luxurious king bed and ensuite. The second bedroom also has a king bed and large windows letting lots of light spill in, also with direct access to the bathroom right next door.

The large open plan living and dining area is welcoming and cosy with a large comfy couch and two armchairs, table for four and full kitchen. The Art Deco fireplace features prominently becoming a main feature of the space.

Out the back is a modest courtyard with plenty of seating options and festoon lights for that moody vibe.

Merri faces South West and enjoys beautiful afternoon sun streaming in the front windows and gorgeous morning sun enjoyed in the back courtyard.

NOTE: Merri is centrally located on a corner of two streets, and close to the train station, so there is some street and train noise, please be aware of this if you are a light sleeper or noise-sensitive.

All the basics are here for you and ready to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Teas, coffee, oil, salt and pepper. Small butters and a little milk to get your started. We also supply enough wood to enjoy the fireplace during your stay, but with each room containing ducted heating you won’t have to worry about being too hot or cold.

Guests of Merri are also lucky enough to enjoy the marvelous locally made Flockhart Sticky Chai. Created by the lovely Ruth just down the road in Port Fairy. Best enjoyed snuggled up next to the open fireplace while listening to your favourite vinyl on our record player.

Yes, we provide firewood, kindling and fire starters to last a couple of days.

Merri has two gorgeously renovated bathrooms with art deco tiles that give the space a pop and all the essentials you need. From Shampoo, Conditioner and Bodywash to Who Gives a Crap toilet paper and hairdryers.

The freestanding bath in the main bedroom is surrounded by a luxury curtain, mood lighting and is deep enough for two. We supply locally made bath salts, Dindi Natural Bubble Bath which is conjunctions with our locally hand-poured Australiana candle to create the perfect ambiance for relaxation.

Check-in time is 2pm and Check-out time is 10am.

If the property is ready earlier than 2pm we will let you know via text.
